Bespoke Skid Mounted RO

Skid Mounted RO

The Project

In the Spring of 2021 Puretech Water Systems (UK) Ltd were approached by specialist UK based company regarding a skid mounted RO. The company in question specialise in the manufacture of screens and displays.

In light of the company’s decision to move to a new premise, they seized the opportunity to overhaul their equipment. In the first place, it was recognised that their first priority was to upgrade their antiquated plant.

By comparison, the introduction of a modernised plant will noticeably improve the quality and efficiency in production. To that end, representatives from the firm contacted Puretech Water Systems (UK) Ltd regarding our bespoke systems.

On the condition that the client wanted to manufacture the skid to meet their exacting specifications, we prepared the system. Subsequently, we have mounted the system to the skid, proceeding to configure and commission the skid mounted RO plant.

System Commissioning

To this end, our system is set to be commissioned into full service this week. By the same token, the old reverse osmosis system is to be shut down and removed from site.

Altogether, the project was finalised and completed on Friday 23rd April 2021. As shown above, we are happy to confirm the successful delivery of the plant to site.

The new system ensures that they are able to produce the quantities of purified water to support their production processes. In part, owing to the fact that the glasses surfaces must be entirely devoid of any scaling. This is to meet quality assurance standards and in order to avoid faults occurring resulting in product wastage. Furthermore, it results in a superior final product.
